We had a good experience. We are happy it took the embassy only 1 week to complete our visa's. On the website they tell it takes to 10 days. If you don't hand in all the required documents, it will be delayed.

OFFICE HOURS OF THE CONSULAR SERVICE FOR VISA AND LEGALISATIONS:
Monday & Thursday: 15:30-16:30
Waiting times depend on how many people there are, but as the office is only open 2 days a week for only 1 hour, there are always a lot of people. Waiting times +/- 45 minutes.
It took them ONE WEEK to make our visa. Thursday to thursday.
NEEDED DOCUMENTS:
- Authorization code from for example Iranian Visa.
- Visa application form (download from http://www.iranembassy.be/Consular/Form/115.htm)
- The applicant's passport, which must be valid for at least 6 months with a minimum of two blank pages.
- Copy of Passport (ID-page)
- One current photograph in passport format (3x4)
If you don't have al the required documents, they can NOT help you at the embassy and you will be delayed. You must give everything!
VISA FEE:
- Pay at the Embassy with a CREDIT CARD (VISA CARD, BANCONTACT, MISTER CASH) = 50 EURO FOR BELGIANS.
No cash or cheques.
- You can also pay in advance into account 734-0289871-44 in KBC Bank. Use full name in communication.
